Development, I.T., Finance and Accounts, Legal and Commercial. They complement
each other and the Core Management Team has the capabilities to handle the
project of this scale in view of their past experiences and expertise gained
over the years

Sundara Rajan Sampath (Chief Executive Officer)
A seasoned Marketing and Sales Professional with over 20 years experience
in FMCG Industries. Most of his career spanning over 25 years was in Fast
Moving Food Products industry. He had been associated with many-reputed
organization in Food Industry including Parle Products, Team Ltd, Concept
Foods, etc. He has handled some of the top Brands of Indian Food Industry,
including PARLE-G biscuits, the largest selling biscuit in the World. He has
wide network of contacts across India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Mr. Sundara
Rajan who started his career at grassroots level had risen up to the level
of Vice President (Marketing) before he ventured to be on his own and
floated the Janani Group with his associates)
Mr. Sundara Rajan holds an International Fellowship in Marketing and
Distribution from MIT, The Nederlands, and an MBA from AIMA, India. He is a
team leader with many credentials in the field of Marketing and Sales

Zahid Hussain (Proposed Director)
He holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and has served in Indian
Railways up to the level of Chief Engineer, in addition to his stints at
some of the African countries on deputation. He has vast Industrial
experience and is the MD and CEO of UBAS Metal Products (P) Ltd (A unit
which manufactures Mosaic Tiles. Platform Tiles and Concrete Blocks) and
United Business Admn. Services (which is located in the prestigious Babukhan
Estate in Basheerbagh Hyderabad and provides Business Services at
International Standards).

Padmini Sundara Rajan (Director - Administration)
A Graduate in Economics from the University of Madras, Padmini also holds
Diploma in Information Technology. She has undergone many courses in Food
Processing, including Entrepreneurship course conducted by SIDBI. She has
been associated with the project since its conception and closely worked
with Central Food Technological & Research Institute (CFTRI) Mysore for
over 10 years to bring the technology from concept to commercialization.
The Management Team

T. Seshu (Chief Technical Officer)
A qualified professional in Food Technology, with about 23 years
experience in Food and allied Industries. Area of expertise includes Process
Operations, QA, R&D, Product Development based on consumer requirement,
TQM, Sensory Evaluation etc. Had worked for UB Group (McDowell), Kraft Foods
(Kothari Foods) (Tang) and NDDB (Amul). Had developed indigenous substitutes
and adopted latest technologies to suit domestic conditions and consumers.
Risen to the position of Vice President (R&D and Technical) for Concept
Foods, Hyderabad and also exposed to concept to completion of Food
Processing Projects.
With a basic degree in Agriculture (B.Sc) he also holds a Post Graduate
Degree (M.Sc.) in Food Technology from CFTRI with specialization in Post
Harvest Technology like Food Processing, Food Engineering, Food and
Industrial Microbiology, Fruits and Vegetables Technology, Applied Food
Science etc

N. Raman (Adviser - Corporate Affairs)
Over 17 years of experience out of which 13 years of experience in Senior
management cadre with exposure to EDP, Project Management, Statutory
Compliances, Legal, Finance, International Taxation, Accounts &
Administration. Involved in Software development and ERP implementation,
preparation of business plans and business models, financial projections and
project report for obtaining finance. Exposure to corporate governance,
corporate documentations and listing procedures at NASDAQ, NYSE, etc.,
Worked in diversified industry domains inter-alia Judicial Service
(Ministry of Law & Justice), Financial Services - (Commercial Lending
& Securities), Health Care, Housing, Information Technology, and
Information Assurance Services.
He is a Qualified Company Secretary with Masters Degree in Commerce and a
Graduate in Law.

N. Krishnan (Chief Operations Officer)
Qualified Cost Accountant with MBA and with two decades of Industrial
experience which includes Indian Immunologicals ltd., (a subsidiary of NDDB),
Bharat Electronics ltd.( A Department of Defense, Govt. of India,
undertaking), and IDPL.
Currently he is the consultant for Indian Costs & Works Accountants
Society at Hyderabad and has varied experience in the fields of Finance,
Accounts, Audit in Manufacturing and Services Industries

Kishore Sundara-Rajan - Executive Director (Marketing)
Mr. Kishore holds a Master of Science degree in electrical &
electronics engineering from University of Washington, Seattle. He will
handle technical and commercial co-ordination between Janani and CVP Systems
(technology provider and core-machinery supplier) as well as marketing of
our products in USA, Canada, and Australia.
